2025年7月28日，巴西外贸委员会管理执行委员会(GECEX)发布2025年第773号决议，对原产于中国的外径尺寸大于等于5英寸（141.3毫米）且小于等于14英寸（355.6毫米）的无缝碳钢管[葡萄牙语tubos de aço carbono, sem costura, de condução(line pipe), utilizados para oleodutos e gasodutos, com diâmetro externosuperior a 5 (cinco) polegadas nominais (141,3 mm), mas não superior a 14(quatorze) polegadas nominais (355,6 mm)]作出第二次反倾销日落复审肯定性终裁，决定继续对中国的涉案产品征收778.99－835.47美元/吨反倾销税，有效期为5年，征税详情见附表。涉案产品用于石油和天然气管道，涉及南共市税号7304.19.00项下的产品。本决议自发布之日起生效。
2012年6月21日，巴西对原产于中国的无缝碳钢管启动反倾销调查。2013年11月4日，巴西对该案作出肯定性终裁。
2018年11月1日，巴西对原产于中国的无缝碳钢管启动第一次反倾销日落复审调查。2019年8月30日，巴西经济部发布第543号令，对该案作出肯定性终裁，决定继续对涉案产品征收为期5年的反倾销税，税额为778.99－835.47美元/吨，有效期至2024年8月30日。2024年8月29日，巴西发展、工业、贸易和服务部外贸秘书处发布2024年第46号公告，应巴西国内企业Vallourec Soluções Tubulares do Brasil S.A.于2024年4月30日提交的申请，对原产于中国的外径尺寸大于等于5英寸（141.3毫米）且小于等于14英寸（355.6毫米）的无缝碳钢管发起第二次反倾销日落复审调查。案件倾销调查期为2023年1月至2023年12月，损害调查期为2019年1月至2023年12月。
